I. General

These Terms of Use describe the conditions of using the Injects System provided by CERT Polska.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Injects System. By using the Injects System you have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, do not use the Injects System.

These Terms of Use may be modified from time to time in whole or in part of which You will be informed electronically. Your using the Injects System after the modification of these Terms of Use constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. The Polish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, using of the Injects System.

The terms used in these Terms of Use shall have the following meaning:

III. Access to the Injects System

The Injects system is designed for financial institutions and national CSIRTs. An account in Injects System can be applied for by people who are able to indicate their affiliation, e.g. as an employee of national CSIRT, or a team responsible for cybersecurity of a financial institution.

Anyone interested in granting access to the Injects System should contact with CERT Polska at [email protected].

It is strongly recommended to ensure the credibility of the application when contacting with CERT Polska in the matter of access to the Injects System (for example: using a business email, providing your name, surname and position).

The decision on granting the access to the Injects System belongs only to CERT Polska and requires no justification.

When being granted the access to the Injects System, you must select a contact email for your organisation, and you receive a unique access token to the system. You agree not to transfer your access to the Injects System to anyone outside of your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access token. You agree to immediately notify CERT Polska of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. CERT Polska will not be liable for any loss you incur as a result of someone else using your password and account with or without your permission.

When being granted the access to the Injects System, You have the access to webinjects related to your organisation.

Using of the Injects System is free of charge.

When being granted the access to the Injects System, User agree that he may not:

  • use the Injects System in any way which could breach any applicable Polish or international law;
  • use the Injects System in any way which could infringe the rights or interests of CERT Polska or NASK;
  • otherwise use the Injects System except as expressly allowed under these Terms of Use.

    The Injects System and all content, materials and information are provided on an "as is" basis. Your use of the Injects System is at your own risk. CERT Polska makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the functionality or usefulness of the Injects System or any content, including without limitation warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

    CERT Polska disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, or lost profits, that may result, directly or indirectly, from your use of the Injects System or any content, including without limitation any damage to computer systems, hardware or software, loss of data, or any other performance failures, or any errors, bugs, viruses or other defects. CERT Polska makes no warranty that, the Injects System will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

    V. Privacy
